Description

Swedish porcelain manufacturer Hackefors made several series of collectibles especially during the 1970s and -80s. This is the Christmas Plate Year 1975. Limited edition. The drawing was made by Y. Norberg and is made of pure cobalt. Ø 20 cm / approx. 7,5 inches.

The plate shows a Christmas sheaf on a traditional wooden fence in front of a snowy landscape with a lake and a church in the background. Birds are sitting on the fence and are eating from the sheaf. It says “JULEN 1975” i.e. “Christmas 1975”.

It comes in perfect condition with original box. The box has been marked by someone with “JUL 1975”.
